Orange Mead Tea Jelly

The Highland Bard's Tea Jelly is Jelly made entirely with Tea! No fruit! This Vegan product is low in sugar, almost half the amount as most Jelly.

Orange Mead Tea Jelly is made using real honey. Another one of our secret ingredients is Bunratty Meade. Only a castle could hold such treasure! Before Bunratty Castle was Irish, it was the site of a Viking trading camp. Now, mead is produced from an ancient Irish recipe. Eat this jelly and feel the Viking within - but please. Don't sack this castle. We need more mead.

This sweet orange flavor with honey undertones tastes amazing over meats as a glaze. It is excellent on the grill, the smooth texture melts perfectly over chicken, pork loin, or lamb. It mixes well with BBQ sauce if you prefer something spicy with hints of fruity sweetness. There are so many applications to our Jelly!
